Cream puffs was a slight misnomer previously. And some clients pointedly called the cream puffs custard puffs because… well… they were custard puffs! (Albeit very delicious custard puffs as many will attest to 
)
The Makeover
Thus announcing the new cream puffs made with real cream – creme pâtissière! (And the cream tastes damn good too!)
